Trinity Church Development Plan and Historic Preservation Boundary Amendment Meeting
June 9, 2016 @ 6:30 pm -- Fellowship Hall - Trinity Church
The West University Neighborhood Association (WUNA) is holding an information meeting for neighbors to learn about the proposed Trinity Church (4th Ave. and University Blvd) Development plan and Historic Boundary Amendment. The development plan designed by Rob Paulus includes retail, office and market rate rentals. There will be a presentation, questions and answers and the opportunity to give feedback.
The meeting intent is to ensure information is available to neighbors before the June 21 Mayor and Council  Study Session at which M&C will discuss whether to forward this project to the Zoning Examiner for a rezoning hearing. If M&C forwards this project to the Zoning Examiner there will be several opportunities for public input including a required neighborhood meeting.
The link to the plan submitted to Planning and Development Services including conceptual drawings will be attached when acquired. The design has not been finalized.
